My Top 6 Brushes

As a make up artist I have a massive collection of make up brushes, and I'm always trying out different brushes and brands. Below are my 6 favourite brushes:

Real Techniques Buffer Brush

I have so many brushes for foundation alone but this is one I keep going back to. It has a rounded top and soft bristles which gives an even coverage and flawless look. I’m not sure if this brush is sold separately or not but I bought it in a set with 3 others and a case (which is great for on the go).

Zoeva 109 / Luxe Face Paint

This brush is great for contouring with cream or powder products. Its shaped to fit in the hollows of the cheeks and it blends the product evenly.

Zoeva Luxe Face Paint Brush

Zoeva 228 / Luxe Crease

This is my favourite eye brush. Everyone needs a good blending brush in their makeup bag! I use this brush everytime without fail. It’s gorgeous and soft.

Zoeva 322 / Brow Line

I really don’t like when the bristles on a brow brush are too long as it does not give precise application. This brush has short dense hairs and is narrow which makes it easier to create your perfect brow.

No 7 Contour/Highlight

A new favourite on my list. It's double sided and really diverse, so its a great one to keep in your handbag. The Highlight end I use for applying primer and sometimes even foundation. I also find it great for applying translucent powder under the eyes. I use the contour end to to apply bronzer and blusher. It retails at €19.99, but you definately get your money's worth from this brush.
